Working assumptions encoded in this MVP that the final terms should state explicitly:

Expat Move Sales only hosts listings; it is not a party to any sale between buyer and seller.
Payment between buyer and seller happens directly, in person, on pickup. The platform takes no commission on item sales.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the items they sell.
Package fees (listing + renewal) are paid to the platform via Stripe and are separate from item sales.
Listings and their content are deleted automatically once expired or closed; accounts are not deleted automatically.
